SNIP Collier is hiring a veterinarian for our new Immokalee Shelter & Full-Service Veterinary Clinic, opening within the next few weeks.
Position Details:
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Full-service veterinary care in a shelter-based setting

We are a nonprofit Spay/Neuter clinic in Naples, Fl seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to grow with our expanding Organization.
Our mission is to end the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats in our community, due to the pet overpopulation crisis, through affordable spay and neuter, vaccines, and preventative care; and through public awareness, education, and outreach.
SNIP is currently a low cost spay and neuter clinic that has been operating for 3 years. We are in the architectural planning stage of constructing a $2 million dollar, 4,000 square foot medical center on a 3 acre campus in rural Collier County. Additionally, we have a full service mobile clinic that we are hoping to run in the rural areas of Collier County.

- The ability to multi-task and communicate effectively is key in this role.
- Greets all walk-in clients, answers all phone calls, and monitors messages and e-mails. Forwards messages to the appropriate staff member.
-Ensures complete and accurate records exist for all patients and owners.
-Maintains accounts receivables for all owner and volume clients.
-Schedule all spay/neuter and wellness appointments.
-Prepares for surgery and wellness days ahead of time.
-Performs check in and check out of all patients, alongside medical staff, so ensure a smooth experience for clients and staff.
-Completes and accurate cash reconciliation and till reconciliation at the end of each day.
-Inventories and orders office supplies
.-Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
